You have worked hard to make sure everything is just as you imagined for this day to be perfect because you have done most of the wedding planning and execution yourself. The month before the wedding can be the most stressful for couples who are approaching the special day for family and friends to celebrate the love they share. Guest numbers need to be finalized, menus need to be confirmed, timelines need to be created and you start feeling the pressure of time moving past you. You need someone who will help you close the small gaps but understands boundaries, so they won’t do too much. Let us help you tie up any loose ends and finalize all the details so that you can relax and enjoy your special day.

This service begins approximately 4-5 weeks before your wedding day and we will ensure that the special day you have planned is perfectly executed so you can relax and enjoy the celebration with a peace of mind.

COMPLETE WEDDING DAY COORDINATION (12 HOURS):

• One additional assistant available on day of wedding (up to 100 guests).
• Oversee vendor set-up of ceremony and reception space.
• Point of contact for all vendors to filter questions, approve deliveries and troubleshoot.
• Set-up personal décor such as card box, toasting flutes, special photos, guest book, unity candle, placecards, table numbers and seating charts.
• Assist bride/groom and wedding party as needed prior to ceremony.
• Distribute bridal bouquet, bridesmaid bouquets, boutonnieres, and corsages.
• Organize wedding party to ensure everyone is in place for ceremony and reception entrances.
• Orchestrate couple’s entrance, wedding toasts, speeches, special dances, dress changes, cake cutting, bouquet toss, garter toss and grand exit.

• Collect personal items/gifts and ensure they are in designated vehicle and ready for the final exit.
